In celebration of Africa Day (5/25), Casa Natura Musical promoted a series of live conversations on Instagram about African culture. As a curator who works a lot with African music, they invited me to talk with Mayra Andrade, Cape-Verdean singer-songwriter and pop artist, about our experiences, trajectories, and reflections on music in Cape Verde and Africa.
